Workweek / Our approach

About Workweek

What this workspace offers, what is still in preview, and how to use it responsibly.

A workspace for thinking through the numbers

Workweek provides gross pay, period conversion, raise, bonus, freelance pricing, project-rate, day-rate, and utilization calculators. The figures are transparent planning arithmetic for comparing stated assumptions, not take-home pay or a market-rate recommendation.

A pay format omits context unless paid hours, leave, benefits, taxes, payment timing, nonbillable work, and business costs are named separately. The calculators cannot determine employment status, demand, eligibility, or what a contract means in a particular jurisdiction.

Compare the assumptions

Start at the pay and rates hub, then read the gross pay versus freelance rate guide. Keep financial arithmetic separate from preferences about flexibility, stability, learning, and time.

Transparent scope

No professional credentials, independent certification, or named expert review are claimed for these pages. Examples are illustrative arithmetic, not customer case studies, market benchmarks, or evidence of likely earnings. Read the methodology before relying on a result and the terms of use for the scope of the service.

Questions and corrections belong on the contact page, which shows whether a public address is configured. We do not substitute a placeholder address or a nonfunctional form when contact is unavailable.
